New Year's Resolutions: Tips for Success

“It’s a new year! I want to eat better, exercise more, lose weight, improve my stress levels, and I’m going to be more positive this year!” Well, it’s now February and those “new year’s resolutions” have likely come to a screeching halt. Maybe you were good for a few weeks, a few days, a few hours… but sometimes we bite off more than what we can chew! Instead of thinking of a resolution, start thinking in terms of baby steps or mini goals. Small steps are much easier to achieve, plus we all like meeting and exceeding our goals!
