Why do I need a Nutrition coach?
Generic diet plans do not consider a person’s fitness level, age, health conditions, and lifestyle factors. Or, they simply tell people to abstain from eating certain macro groups in order to inadvertently cut calories. The problem with this approach is that it does not teaches a person how to eat to eat the right way for their body and their lifestyle. Also, this could be dangerous because some diets are not recommended for some health conditions. A nutritional coach builds the program around you so everything is formulated for you the individual.
A coach will be able to adjust your program as your body changes or goals change.
Our coaches will hold you accountable to following the prescribed plan he/she has designed for you. Inconsistency is the number one reason why people do not reach their goal. Our coaches will make a plan you can follow and keep accountable, so you are consistent.
A certified nutritional coach will be able to formulate a meal plans that not only meet your nutritional needs but also fuel you workouts.
Our coaches will keep track of your progress and make changes to your program as needed.
