Why Do I Need a Nutrition Coach?
Generic diet plans do not consider an individuals fitness level, age, health conditions, and lifestyle factors. They simply tell people to abstain from eating certain macro groups in order to inadvertently cut calories. The problem with this approach is that it does not teach a person how to eat the right way for their body and lifestyle. Also, this approach can be dangerous because some diets are not recommended for certain health conditions. A nutritional coach builds the program around your individual needs so everything is formulated specifically for you.
Our coaches will hold you accountable to following the prescribed plan they have designed for you. Inconsistency is the number one reason people do not reach their goals. Our coaches will make a plan you can follow and keep you accountable so you are consistent.
A certified nutritional coach will be able to formulate a meal plan that not only meets your nutritional needs, but also fuels your workouts.
A coach will be able to adjust your program as your body changes and/or goals change.
Our coaches will keep track of your progress and make changes to your program as needed.
