PhysioTraining
PT brains + gym gains + a recovery lab = PhysioTraining

Bridging the gap between physical therapy and personal training so you can keep healing, move safely, and get truly strong.
What is Physiotraining?
PhysioTraining is a 1:1, PT-guided training program that blends clinical expertise with smart performance coaching. Each visit stacks training and recovery so you build strength, improve mobility, and reduce flare-ups—without guesswork.
In every session you get:
-
60 minutes 1:1 with your PhysioTrainer (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
Customized strength, mobility, and performance work. (May include dry needling, cupping, taping, Graston/IASTM, stretching, joint mobilizations/manipulations, and massage as appropriate.) -
Built-in recovery (up to 60 minutes included):
Infrared sauna (25 min), compression therapy (15–20), red light therapy (15), whole-body cryotherapy (5)
Result: Better mechanics, stronger movement, advanced recovery, fewer setbacks.
